Every busy people love vegetable/egg/chicken/mutton roll now
a days, but eating those foods regularly in fast food corner make you sick. So
make it home and enjoy chewing and rolling.
Ingredients to make kati roll:
- Chopped carrot (1/2 cup)
- Chopped cabbage (1/2 cup)
- Chopped capsicum (1 medium size)
- 1 large size onion chopped
- Chopped tomato (1 pcs)
- Cumin seeds
- Oil for frying rolls
- Sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 500gm plain flour
- Water (approximately 300ml)
Preparation:
- To make the kati roll first we need to make paratha for that add 500gm flour in a bowl ,add salt and sugar,1 tea spoon of oil and add water to it and make dough.
- Add oil in a frying pan and fry the parathas
- Now in a pan boil all the vegetables (carrot, cabbage)
- Add oil in a frying pan (2 table spoon approx) and add cumin seeds when it become brown add onion, capsicum, tomato, salt and sugar and stir the mixture well.
- Pour the vegetables mixture on parathas and roll it.
