Vegetable spring or kati roll recipe

Every busy people love vegetable/egg/chicken/mutton roll now a days, but eating those foods regularly in fast food corner make you sick. So make it home and enjoy chewing and rolling.

Ingredients to make kati roll:

  • Chopped carrot (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped cabbage (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped capsicum (1 medium size)
  • 1 large size onion chopped
  • Chopped tomato (1 pcs)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Oil for frying rolls
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 500gm plain flour
  • Water (approximately 300ml)

Preparation:

  • To make the kati roll first we need to make paratha for that add 500gm flour in a bowl ,add salt and sugar,1 tea spoon of oil and add water to it and make dough.
  • Add oil in a frying pan and fry the parathas
  • Now in a pan boil all the vegetables (carrot, cabbage)
  • Add oil in a frying pan (2 table spoon approx) and add cumin seeds when it become brown add onion, capsicum, tomato, salt and sugar and stir the mixture well.
  • Pour the vegetables mixture on parathas and roll it.
